How It Works

1. Contact IronCladToolz Support Within 7 Days of Delivery

  • Time Frame: Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your item.

    • A detailed description of the issue.
    • Photographs of any damage.
    • A repair estimate, if applicable.

2. We Will Reach Out to the Seller

  • Review Process:
    • We'll assess the sale and collaborate with the seller.
    • We'll inform you if any additional information is required to process your refund.

3. Notification of Next Steps

  • Resolution:
    • After concluding discussions with the seller, we'll notify you of the outcome.
    • Timeline: Claims will be resolved within 30 days of receipt.

IronClad Buyer Protection Coverage

To be eligible for IronClad Buyer Protection, the following conditions must be met:

  • Purchase Channel: Orders must be completed directly through IronCladToolz, including records of payment and shipment.
  • Reporting Window: Issues must be reported within 7 days of the item being marked as delivered, or within 10 days of the anticipated delivery date if the item hasn't been delivered.

Eligible Refund Reasons

You are entitled to a refund if your tool meets any of the following criteria:

  • Lost Shipment: Item declared lost by the carrier.
  • Transit Damage: Item damaged during shipping.
  • Misrepresentation: Item is significantly different from its description.
  • Fraudulent Activity: Part of a fraudulent order or scam.

Note: Some sellers may accept returns beyond the standard return window; please refer to the individual seller's policies for more information.

Exclusions from IronClad Buyer Protection

The following situations are not covered under our Buyer Protection:

  • Late Claims:
    • Issues reported after 7 days from delivery.
    • Issues reported after 10 days from the anticipated delivery date in cases of non-delivery.
  • Situations where you have already approved the sale.
  • Known Issues:
    • Problems that were clearly detailed in the item's description at the time of purchase.
  • Off-Platform Transactions:
    • Purchases made outside of the IronCladToolz platform.
  • Forwarded or Re-Shipped Packages:
    • Issues with items that have been forwarded or re-shipped to a different address.
  • PayPal Transactions:
    • If you purchased from a seller who processes payments through PayPal, your order is protected by PayPal Protection, not IronCladToolz Buyer Protection.
