For items sold by third-party sellers (non-IronCladToolz official accounts), it is the seller's responsibility to ensure that all items are properly packaged for shipment. This includes compliance with all relevant regulations, especially when shipping hazardous materials. IronCladToolz is not liable for any damages, delays, or issues caused by improper packaging by third-party sellers. We recommend that buyers review seller feedback and packaging standards before completing a purchase.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not impose any shipping restrictions; however, please note that IronCladToolz is not liable for any hazardous materials, such as gasoline, shipped by third-party sellers on our marketplace. If a seller (not affiliated with IronCladToolz) improperly packages such materials, any resulting issues are not covered under our liability.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during shipment, you will be eligible for store credit to use for a future purchase. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the claim process.
